Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment
Payment for goods and services in USD only. AOI accepts cash, major credit cards, company checks and bank-to-bank wire transfers.
Terms
Domestic Terms: Payment terms are Net 30 days. An interest charge of 1.5% will apply to all balances over 30 days.
International Terms: All international orders require prepayment including all shipping charges (determined on a per-order basis).
All orders are shipped FOB Lake Forest.

RGA (Return Goods Authorization)
Any items sent for repair must be accompanied by an RGA. Product returns also require an RGA.
Returns
All products must be returned within 10 days of receipt of product. An RGA must accompany the product. Upon approval of return, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
